History

The LexEurope law firm was founded in 1994 in order to meet the requirements of an international corporate clientele doing business in France.

LexEurope assists its clients in the management of legal issues on a day to day basis:

  • Advice in commercial law, assistance in negotiations and preparation of French and international contracts ; and
  • Conflict management through negotiated solutions, mediation and defense of the interests of clients before Courts in France.


Cedric Agnus, attorney-at-law at the Paris Bar, is the Managing Partner of LexEurope, a boutique law firm offering tailor-made legal services to each of its clients through the creation of a relationship based on trust.

LexEurope invests in obtaining in-depth knowledge of each client’s business and organization with the aim of developing a long term relationship.
